Golf Privileges
Primary Golf Members
Primary Golf members have full golf privileges and access to the Ken Grosse Practice Facility every day the Club and course are open. In the case of a Primary Family membership, the Primary member (the name of the certificate) has full privileges. The spouse in that Family membership is only limited on weekends, when they are not permitted to play before 10:00 a.m.
Limited Golf Members
Limited Golf members have golf and practice facility priviledges on Tuesday through Friday. In additions, Limited Golf members are permitted to schedule two (2) rounds per calendar year on a Saturday or Sunday (these rounds may not be on a holiday weekend and may not be scheduled before 1:00 p.m.). Practice facility privileges are included on the days of these rounds.
Junior Golf Members
Junior Golf members (age 14 to 20) are a special class member at Indian Valley. Junior Golf members can play Tuesday through Friday (subject to the Priority of Play rules) and weekends/holidays after 2:00 p.m. Juniors will have full access to the practice facility, but must check-in the Golf Shop prior to practicing.
Social Members
Social Golf members are entitled to play a total of six (6) round of golf within the membership year (July to June). These rounds may be scheduled after 12:00 noon on weekdays and after 1:00 p.m. on weekends (No Holidays).
- During the months of June, July and August, Social Golf members can only play on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 1 p.m. (No Holidays).
Priority of Play
The following are the Priority of Play guidlines.
- Certificate holding members with full golf privileges have priority on weekends and holidays until 10:00 a.m.
- Male members and male spouses (with golf privileges) have priority of Wednesday's between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- Female members and female spouses (with golf privileges) have priority on Thursday's between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
- Junior golfers (18 and under) have priority on Tuesday's in June, July & August from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Guest Privileges
All members with golf privileges may bring guests to Indian Valley. A member can bring up to three (3) guests anytime during the week and after 10:30 a.m. on weekends and holidays. Members are allowed to bring one (1) guest before 10:30 a.m. on weekends and holidays. An individual guest is limited to five (5) rounds in one Membership year (July to June).
If a member would like to bring more than three (3) guests, the member must get the approval of the Golf Professional or Golf Chairman.
Tee Time Procedures
(April 1st through October 31st)
- First tee time during the week (Tuesday through Friday) is 8 a.m.
- First tee time on the weekends/holidays is 7 a.m.
- Tuesday through Friday may be reserved up to one week prior to the day needed.
- Saturday may be reserved starting the Tuesday prior at 7:30 a.m. Reservations can be made either by phone or through ForeTees.
- Sunday may be reserved starting the Wednesday prior at 7:30 a.m. Reservations can be made either by phone or through ForeTees.
- Two reservations maximum per phone call.
